Description

Hatchlands Park in East Clandon, Surrey, was the first design of celebrated architect Robert Adams. The house was owned by a variety of families, first and most notably the Boscawens, of whom Admiral Boscawen sadly died of typhoid fever just two years after the house was completed, with his wife by his side. The house was given to the National Trust in 1945.

This is part of the National Trust collection.
