Despatch & Delivery
- We will aim to deliver your parcel within 2-5 working days of ordering in the UK
- Orders will arrive between Monday – Saturday
- All UK post is delivered 2nd class
- We may require a signature
- Your order will be tracked when sent by Royal Mail & courier
Returns
We will try at all times to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us within 28 days and return the goods. UK items will be refunded or exchanged provided that you do not use the items; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, post and package costs are non-refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please return with copy of invoice and send the parcel via a signed for service & retain proof of postage.
