About Hughenden Manor
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Owned by the Disraeli's during the 1800's, they had the house remodelled by architect Edward Buckton Lamb, changing the classic Georgian features to create a much more gothic appearance. It was at Hughenden that intelligence organised and plotted German bombings during the Second World War, after which it was then donated to the National Trust.
This is a fine bone china mug and is part of the National Trust collection.
