Sissinghurst is one of the world's most famous 20th century gardens. It was designed and created by writer and poet Vita Sackville-West and her husband Harold Nicholson, a diplomat and writer. Their innovative designs of the gardens consist of 10 distinct 'garden rooms'- all with a different theme, such as the White Garden, which features many shades of whites, greys, and greens.
